What Say You?

I.

What do you write of that which chains?

I write of loss and of love,

Those things that bring us pain.

For liable is loss and love,

In all of our pain.

II.

What say you of that which stains?

I say that we must cleanse,

Within a nourishing rain.

It is possible to cleanse,

Thru nature and rain.

III.

What shall you utter of that you deign?

It is of those things hated,

That I must speak plain.

To be honest of things hated,

My words must be plain.
